The transition to IPv6 in academic organizations will be supported by GEN6 by offering best practices. Therefore the partner of the academic pilot will document there chosen approach and experiences out of the IPv6 transition process in their university networks. This best practices shall help other academic organization for the IPv6 transition in their own networks.
